Comenius University Science Park, in cooperation with the prestigious institute European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL), is organizing a 5-day course focused on work with Oxford Nanopore Technology (ONT) sequencing. The course will provide participants with the most up-to-date knowledge as well as practical training focused on laboratory sample preparation as well as bioinformatics work with ONT sequencing data. Lectures and trainings will be led by top experts from EMBL, as well as representatives of the VP UK laboratories, who will present their practical experience and results of research activities on the ONT platform. The technical infrastructure for the course will be provided by NGS GEEKS, and technical support will be provided by experts from Geneton s.r.o.
