Genomics Core Facility at Comenius University Science Park hosted the Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) Sequencing Course as part of the project 101160008 (FORGENOM II) HORIZON-WIDERA-2023-ACCESS-02, funded by the Horizon Europe program. This course, which took place at the University's Science Park in Bratislava, was made possible thanks to collaboration with EMBL, NGS GEEKS and  Geneton s.r.o. The training brought together experts and participants to explore laboratory sample preparation and bioinformatic processing of ONT sequencing data.

21 participants received a certificate for attendance on lectures and active participation in pratical wet lab and bioinformatics trainings during the 5 days of the course, garanted by Assoc. prof. Tomas Szemes, Phd.
